I thought you are doing analytical calculation
🧙 : It is mainly by hand , but as some equation ( need symbolic computation software ) are big for some step need these for intermediate or verification of a part of proof
Sometime you would need hundred of sheet of paper to write some equations
You need help even with good idea how to prove these

🧙 : Example i was trying do a very algebraic calculation on representation , to do example I did a code and guess after a general formula as more easy with good guess
But funny thing is that I did a postdoc in pure math from 2016-2018
I have 3-4 paper not published as pure math have slower rate

I choose a camping cabin next to it 90
I used Airbnb a lot
Even dinner or meal some people put hundred dollar a day
doing science is already awesome job
and being able travel even more

But it is hard , because you become to depend on people and all people even one doing less good think they do good
and getting job is really hard
